Nestled in the heart of Jaipur, Rajasthan, Jhalana Leopard Reserve is a haven for wildlife enthusiasts and nature lovers alike. Established in 2017 as part of Project Leopard, it became India’s first designated leopard reserve, setting a benchmark in wildlife conservation. Located amidst the rugged Aravali Hills, the reserve spans 23 sq. km, serving as an “Oxygen Bank” for Jaipur, famously known as the Pink City.

Jhalana boasts one of the highest densities of leopards in India, with more than 30 leopards thriving in their natural habitat. Unlike other wildlife parks, Jhalana offers an unparalleled opportunity to see these majestic predators in action. The open terrain of the reserve enhances visibility, making leopard spotting a near-guaranteed experience during your safari. Witness the stealth and grace of these big cats as they roam freely in their territory, a truly awe-inspiring encounter.
